Why we exist

Traditional interviews stopped predicting performance. Teams were passing strong interviewers who couldn't ship with agents, and cutting people who could. The way software gets built changed faster than the way we evaluate the people who build it.

BuildersAlpha closes that gap. We put candidates in a real engineering environment with the AI tools they'd use on the job, and we score how they actually build — prompting, orchestration, architecture, verification, testing, and delivery — into one comparable signal: BuilderIQ.
